Tomato sauces processing line based on fresh tomato
Sauce is the typical Mediterranean dish and it belongs to the "Red Line" food range. It includes all the food products processed with tomato. To get the best finished quality product it is advisable that sauces are processed with fresh tomatoes.
It often happens that, due to the production costs, the fresh product preservation as well as the difficulty met with the flavourings mixture and the heating process, the final product is not always excellent and the producers are obliged to handle semi finished products.
